STORIES OF HORSES

18th July 2019
the Foundation is born
We could not wait any longer and on July the 18th we went to the notary to give birth to the Foundation and start a new path in the horse world.
A special day full of dreams. For the moment we are three members: the president Maria Vittori, the councilors Bruno Grassetti and Claudia Bettiol.

15th February 2020
F.I.S.E. agreement
Marco di Paola, president of FISE – Italian Equestrian Sports Federation e Maria Vittori, president of the Horse Museum Foundation, sign the memorandum of understanding
for the promotion of horse culture, during the Cavalli event in Rome organized by Fieracavalli Verona.

Freedom and the Horse
Freedom and the Horse (La libertà e il Cavallo) is a book created to pay homage to local and international artists who have contributed to making the horse in every form of their art. From painting, to sculpture to photography. A journey through the world of horse riding seen through the eyes of its artists. The book is in three languages: Italian, Chinese and English.

Stories of women, men, horses and art
A book that follows the exhibition ‘Cavalli a family passion’ (Horses, a Family Passion) hosted at Villa Borghese in Rome on the occasion of the Piazza di Siena International Competition. The book tells the stories of some pieces of the collection: what they mean, where they were bought and various anecdotes. The text is bilingual in Italian and English.
